Camping

At ODAC, our goal is to provide an accessible and accommodating environment for events of all kinds. To better serve multi-day participants, we have recently expanded our facilities to include a variety of camping hookups, designed to support both traditional campers and hookup-style horse and livestock trailers.

Please note that this campground is private and not open to the public. Camping is reserved exclusively for individuals or associations who have rented the complex for an event.

Due to health department regulations, there is a strict limit on the number of camping nights we can host within any 60-day period. If you are an event organizer, please coordinate with ODAC staff in advance to confirm that we can accommodate all necessary camping nights for your event.

Availability & Reservations

Camping at ODAC is reserved exclusively for event participants and individuals affiliated with a scheduled event or association, including vendors, event organizers, competitors, and their families.

All camping reservations are managed directly through the event organizer, as availability and processes vary by event. If camping is being offered for the event you're participating in, the organizer will provide the necessary details and handle all reservations. For specific camping availability and to make a reservation, please contact your event organizer.

Assignment: Campsites are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Departure: All campers must vacate the grounds by Sunday at 11:59 PM, unless prior arrangements have been made with ODAC staff.

Winter Notice: During winter months, water access may be limited at certain sites due to frozen pipes. We make every effort to prevent freeze damage, but please plan accordingly.
