The Complex
The Complex The ODAC is comprised of a conference center, a 53,000 square foot covered Arena, a 11,500 square foot horse barn and a 11,500 square foot horse barn. The multipurpose facility opened in early 2011 and continues to grow in popularity and physical scope. ODAF recently finished the two barns, wash stalls and expanding the parking lots. Future development is ongoing.

Welcome to the Olde Dominion Agricultural Complex The Olde Dominion Agricultural Foundation was formed in 2008 by a group of local farmers and visionaries. The Board of Directors has grown to twenty members representing the counties of Bedford, Campbell, Franklin, Halifax, Henry and Pittsylvania. The Foundation is a is a 501 (c-3) organization that is supported by donations from private individuals, businesses and grants.
James T. Emerson Education & Conference Center
James T. Emerson Education & Conference Center The James T. Emerson Education & Conference Center is available for lease for a variety of events The Center has a maximum capacity of 500 people. The Center may be divided into three smaller meeting rooms which accommodate up to 100 people per room. The Center is equipped with hardwired AV system with drop down screens, WIFI, podium, wireless microphone, tables and chairs, catering kitchen.
Horse Barn
Horse Barn The horse stable is 11,500 square feet containing sixty-six 10’×10’ stalls, with wide concrete aisles. The barn has a wash bay and bathroom for convenience. The complex also has a cattle barn of the same size It contains an extra-large wash rack extending the width of the barn on the north end.
Farmers Market
Farmers Market Our Farmer’s Market is open for local farm fresh products on Saturdays during the growing season. Check the website for current updates.
Arena The Arena is a 53,000 square foot covered arena. The floor space measures 245’ x 145’. The bleachers offer seating for 1,400 people. The Complex is suited to host a variety of activities from concerts, antique shows, rodeos, livestock shows, equestrian events or cattle sales.
